Senior Commissioner – Local Authority

3 Bridge Solution CIC was formed by philanthropists, dedicated to ensuring young people leaving the care system or facing homelessness could have access to a safe place to call home, and adults who could care for them. In the delivery of our mission, 3 Bridge Solution CIC provides a Supported Lodgings service for Care Leavers, and other vulnerable children and young people aged 16-25 years old.

We recruit, train and assess suitability of members of the public (Hosts) with a spare room in their homes and spare room in their hearts for young people who would otherwise be homeless. We support both the Hosts and young people throughout the duration of the placement, typically 12-24 months.

The goal is to support the young person toward independence whilst providing a safe and nurturing environment they can call home. We aim to expand our offer for young people through additional support including access to education, physical and mental health services, life-skills programmes, move-on housing options, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities.
