Eddie McIlroy
Director of Operations
Eddie has led 3 Bridge Solution as Director of Operations since July 2021. Having developed the original business plan, infrastructure and services, Eddie and the team have successfully navigated Ofsted registration, Commissioning Alliance accreditation and several Quality Assurance inspections.
Eddie’s passion for developing services for vulnerable people was sparked through personal experience and further fuelled whilst working as a volunteer driver for a refuge supporting women and children fleeing domestic violence as well as a spell volunteering at a Winter Shelter for street homeless people.
Those experiences led to a near 30-year career in Charity and Community Interest Companies during which Eddie led on the development and delivery of numerous successful services providing support and safety for vulnerable people, particularly young people and care leavers.
Eddie is passionate about delivering high quality services that provide demonstrable positive outcomes, and believes Supported Lodgings is one of the best solutions for young people leaving the care system or facing homelessness.
“For most children / young people, the best possible place for them to be is the family home. For some young people, sadly that is not possible. For those who cannot live in the family home, Supported Lodgings provides the next best solution for young people to prepare for adult life and independence”.

Prina Majithia

Prina brings extensive experience in managing HR, Finance, Marketing, supporting company Directors, and crucially, in Compliance. With a background in Banking, Travel and Construction, joining 3 Bridge Solution as Business Support Manager, was a change of sector and a whole new experience.
“I wanted to work for a company that makes a difference and one that I can be proud of. I have two children of my own, both are now young adults; it is heart breaking to know there are young people the same age as my own children living in unsuitable arrangements or even homeless”.
Prina leads on our compliance, ensuring our Hosts, staff and day to day business activities are contractually and legally compliant, and are high quality. Prina is committed to ensuring compliance is not just a tick a box exercise – she ensures we deliver for the people who really matter….
“Since joining 3 Bridge Solution I have learnt so much about young people who have experienced trauma or have recently been made homeless. I am determined to ensure I continue to develop professionally through reflective practice and training and keep up to date with latest research and changes to legislation.
I am proud to work for an organisation that offers young people essential life skills, ongoing support and guidance and provides a vision of a better future”.
