Our Hosts are extremely important to us, and we do all we can to support them from the day they apply to become a Host, through to the day they decide to longer be a Host – although we hope that days never comes.

Whilst our Hosts are extremely important to us, we do not simply accept every applicant. Our recruitment process is vigorous, it is detailed and is a commitment in itself. It is important to us and to our partners that our Hosts understand the importance of the role they are committing to, and at 3 Bridge Solution CIC, our commitment to quality is absolute.

Being a Host can be challenging, and it can also be incredibly rewarding. Supporting a young person in your home isn’t always easy, but, in our experience, the rewards far outweigh the challenges.
